The EMPTY QUARTER - EQRUN EXPLORATION, is the First Ever 42 Km Exploration Race, like no other in the world, for unstoppable people, in the biggest and the most inhospitable sand desert in the world, The Rub Al Khali (Empty Quarter) in Saudi Arabia.
The first edition of the EQRUN EXPLORATION (42km + 40km in 4 days) will take place on 31 OCT - 08 Nov 2025  in the footsteps of the legendary 1,200 km Max Calderan exploration, that in 2020 opened on foot a new itinerary from West to East exactly in the Middle of the Empty Quarter.
This legendary achievement has been worldwide recognized and the CALDERAN LINE became  an Historical Landmark visible on Google Maps too.
